Diet Log: Week 3, Day 1
I have not had time to update the log today, and this will be very brief. Hopefully I will have time for my normal witty monologue tomorrow. My food for the week will be soup.
Workout: 45 minutes on the treadmill. No more calorie counts because my treadmill is a piece of crap.
Weigh-in: In a rush, I forgot to weigh-in this morning. I will weigh-in twice tomorrow to make up for it.
Breakfast: No time for breakfast.
Lunch: 16 oz container of Chicken Pasta soup. Calories: 300
Dinner: 2 servings of creamy Tomato soup: 300 Calories. 2 Grilled cheese sammiches: 400 Calories.
Total Calories for the day: approx 1000
