Diet Log: Week 1, Day 5

Well, here we are at the end of noodle week.It has been pretty successful - i.e. I have continued to lose weight nor have I died from a Sodium overdose. I did notice during this morning's workout a lot more muscle fatigue than normal. Not sure if I was just tired, or if my noodle diet has left me deficient in certain important nutrients.

I have not decided what to go with next week. My friends have all given me some excellent suggestions - although I question their motives. I'm not sure if they are supporting me, or trying to get me to try strange things for their own entertainment.

Also, I am having trouble keeping my pants up today. Either I'm losing weight or they are all stretched out from having worn them for three days in a row.

Workout: Starting to get worried about the treadmill. It really was behaving weird today. First of all the belt was slipping a little bit again, and then near the end of my workout, the computer went crazy. It stopped counting calories, and the speed indicator kept flashing strange numbers until it settled on zero - and it seemed like the belt kept speeding up a little bit. I tried slowing the speed down to 1 MPH (which should be practically crawling), but the belt kept moving at the same speed. Anyway, the calorie coutner stopped at 289, but I'm guessing it was around 310 or 320. Stupid ghosts.

Weigh-in: X - 12.5 Is it too early to call a publisher?

Breakfast: Leftover Pad Thai. There was a little bit left over from the previous two nights, so I had it for breakfast. I DID look up some nutritional information on the internet, and as near as I can figure the amount I had for breakfast was probably around 150 calories.

Lunch: Guido showed up and took me to Bertucci's on his company's dime. I had the Scallop and Shrimp Rossini - about 1000 calories. By the way, he confirmed that he will not be going on the ATV trip.

Dinner: pretty full from a good lunch, so I had a late dinner. Bowtie Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato Alredo sauce. About 600 calories.

Total Calories for the day: 1750

I think the treadmill is protesting in the only way it knows how.

yes, it's too soon to call a publisher.
I personally recommend a soup week, but how about an egg week? (not so good for the cholesterol)
