Practicing Random Acts of Rudeness

While getting my meatless breakfast sandwich at the McDonalds in Rochester (the one across from Home Depot) this morning, the drive-thru attendant felt compelled to tell me - for no apparent reason - that she would be ashamed to drive around a car like mine.

Now, I drive a white 96 Nissan Altima. I have never pretended that it is a cool car, but it is in good repair, looks fine, and is a pretty good commuter car. I think calling it "shameful" is probably going a little bit too far.

Those who work in glass drive up windows should not throw stones.

and surely you would think that someone who works a drive-thru in rochester has seen cars that really ARE shameful.

The constitution doesn't discriminate between rude and polite speech. She was just expressing her opinion and exercising her rights, man.
