Diet Log: Week 8, Day 5
Once again in a rush today. Had to cut the workout short, but I didn't want to lose track of the calories.
Workout: Had to cut the workout to 30 mins on the treadmill today.
Weigh-in: still holding at -20. The real accomplishment will be if I can get through the weekend and STILL be at -20. I might try to squeeze in a workout or two this weekend.
Breakfast: two "Toast'n Butter" sandwiches. a toast'n butter sandwich is simply two pieces of toast with butter put face-face like a sandwich. It wasn't too bad, but I would have preferred some sort of meat. Calories: 200.
Lunch: Had a vendor bring in lunch today, and as I've said many times before - "If it's free, its for me" so I had 2 slices of Bertucci's pizza, a roll, and a salad. Once again, I have no idea how many calories were in there - I just ate what seemed like a reasonable amount.
Total for the day: 200 + ??
