A trip down memory lane

So my wife was going through some old boxes in the basement, and she came across a box with some old letters in it. Enclosed in some of these letters were old copies of a the "Akerberg Info" - a small newspaper that my brothers and sisters started as a school project. I thought you guys might enjoy exceprts from one of the articles - written shortly after they had turned my old bedroom into a library:

Where, Oh Where shall my little boy go?
Now that the Akerberg household is enjoying the Raccoon Readig Room (the library) the question is raised as to where a certain male college student will sak out during his too short jaunts home.

The choices suggested by various members of the household are: Living room sofa bed. This option has been nixed by mother who refuses to have his mess all over the living room.

The upstairs playroom is another inviting option, (mainly because the room houses the pool table. The disadvantage here is that the room has no doors.

Last but not least is the tiny room at the back of the house. The disadvantage is that this is a closet. The advantage is that this is the closest room to the kitchen This is more important to some people than others.
