Yesterday:
45 minutes on the treadmill and 80 sit-ups while watching NESN replay the game in which Clemens set the major league record for strikeouts (21).
Weighed in at -22.
Had 22 small pieces of shrimp coctail for breakfast (150 Calories)
Seafood salad pocket made from imitation crab meat and Miracle Whip, accompanied by Cape Cod Sea Salt and Vinegar chips for lunch (500 Calories)
2 cans of Beachcliff Sardines w/Louisana Hot Sauce, Saltines, and more Cape Cod Sea Salt and Vinegar chips for dinner (500 Calories)
various snacking on the Sea Salt'n Vinegar chips throughout the day (300 Calories)
Total 1450 Calories

Those are my favorite.
oh yeah. Actually, I couldn't remember the difference between the "Sardines" and the "Fish Steaks", so I bought 3 cans of each. (By the way, at 3 cans for a dollar, a pretty economical meal). Last night I had one can of each - the fish steaks are the smaller chunks that already have the bones removed. The Sardines are just full-sized sardines - including a couple of bones, which I prefer not to eat.
I like the way you worked in the chips as they were SEA salt and Vinegar. Very creative.
i also watched bits and pieces of that NESN replay.
pretty awesome to see a pitcher dominate like that. i was too young to appreciate it when it actually happened (both times).
